From the concierge to the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was delightful and helpful. The hotel itself is well located and a peaceful respite from the city. The room was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. I would stay here again and again!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

The breakfast options were very limited but the sandwhich was very good! Room was super adorable and clean with great views of the city. Staff was excellent. Also gave the option for airport transportation for an additional fee.

We choose this hotel bc of its location to a few things we wanted to do- The staff were so accommodating and PLEASANT. Clean rooms, nice amenities and the best thing was the BED- so comfortable (so much so I asked what type of mattress)

The hotel staff was friendly, room was pleasant, location was excellent. However, like many hotels, this one adds an "urban fee," a copy of the resort fee, which itself is questionable. In this case, we were told it covers WiFi (not needed because we have cell service), bicycles (you'd have to be crazy to bike in NY), and a fitness facility that wasn't even on the property. $40 extra per day for nothing. To make matters worse, we were told, incorrectly, that it was a "mandatory tax" that could not be removed. It is not a tax. It is a junk fee that hotels use to increase revenue while making their rates appear lower. To be fair, I did know of the fee in advance. But this is a practice that needs to end. It only generates ill will. Charge fees for actual bike rentals or, if you must, use of fitness facilities. And at this point in the 21st century, WiFi should be included for free.

Busy and popular hotel with lots of Europeans. Interior decor is great - mid century modern with very nice artwork, comfortable lounge in the lobby and cafe with very good coffee. Cleaning staff were very attentive and energetic, front desk very efficient and helpful. Excellent service.
