Absolutely loved our stay at this New York hotel! The location was perfect—just steps away from amazing dining spots, Times Square, and all other attractions. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the overall mood and atmosphere—it had a stylish, welcoming vibe that made the experience even more special. Great location, very close to Times Square. The bathroom was a little small, but manageable. My only complaint was that the conditioner and lotion containers were empty when we checked in. I didn’t ask for a refill since I had my own, but the staff should really check these before guests arrive. Also, there was no room slipper provided.

Good hotel for NYC standards. It's a "new" hotel but is a refurb of an old one. Beds are large and comfortable and rooms are very spacious. We liked having a comfortable sofa in the room too. Location is great and very convenient for Manhattan. The external sound proofing blocked all the noise from the street outside. Downsides for us: we could hear a lot of noise from the neighbouring room and when people were in the corridor outside. The bathroom lighting is super bright and on a motion sensor - very intense if you need to get up to pee in the night.

BUYER BEWARE: resort fees are included here. To charge a resort fee for lemon infused water is absolutely crazy. The gym amentity is down the street which holds zero value if u have to go outside in the winter , $550 on resort fees for a week stay.

Very noisy - No soundproofing on windows to a very busy street. No efforts to reduce waste onsite, Air con also very noisy.. pity because otherwise a very nice central hotel with lovely staff.
