I’ve stayed here once before, many years ago. Great location. Lovely clean room. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast ($) in the lobby. No need to hunt for something. Loved the walk in shower and the bed was very comfortable . I highly recommend and I will be back.

It’s a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than I’m used to in hotels. But the hotel is missing a few normal accommodations that you expect all hotels to have. Like the rooms don’t have coffee makers or microwaves. And the ice machines are only on every other floor and half of them didn’t work, so it was a chore going floor to floor just to get some ice.

Loved everything about it!

I am so happy I picked The Muse to stay at on our recent trip to New York. I looked at a lot of hotels before deciding. The Muse was close to almost everything we wanted to see. It was my first trip to NY and my husband hadn't been there for a very long time. We walked everywhere! (25,000+ steps on our second day there.) So very close to Times Square and Broadway shows (we saw The Lion King) and lots of great restaurants in the area, but still very quite at night. We drove and left the car with the valet for the duration of our visit as this was part of a longer road trip for us. The hotel charged more for parking than Hotels.com said, but we have had that happen at other places and figured Hotels.com might not update that information often enough. In any case, we would definitely stay here again. Everyone we encountered on the staff was wonderful and welcoming. I hope we get the chance to visit again! I ❤ NY!!

I would like to stay at the property again, but when I asked the front desk if they had any frequent visitor rewards programs, they said no so I will look elsewhere to see a hotel that actually award you for being a frequent visitor

The fridge in our room didn't work, but they did come up and replace it within a few hours. Check-out was at noon - we were out and about in the morning, came back around 11:15, and we were no longer able to access our room with our key card. There is no convenience shop on site for water, soda, snacks, etc. I guess I don't remember if there were vending machines. We had executive, king, corner room and it was still cramped - and we were on the third floor, so there were absolutely NO views like what are shown on the website.

Fast and nice service. Room was clean. Perfect location for walking to pretty much anything in Manhattan. The only thing is the ice machine on 15th is very loud at night. Had to download a sleep app to block it out with some thunderstorms lol.

This is our third stay at the Muse. We like the modern esthetic and its convenience to theaters, dining options, and museums. Our room is quiet and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Note to self for next time: the "executive king" room we got was not worth paying extra.

This was a perfect location being so close to times square. Only suggestion I would have is to request a room further into the hotel to combat the noise. Staff was super friendly, will stay again.

Right off the beaten (and noisy) path of Time Square is a quiet sanctuary: The Muse. With excellent and attentive staff, and comfortable and thoughtful room designs it is the perfect compliment to the busy-ness of a day in NYC. We last visited pre-pandemic, and were delighted to find it as wonderful now as then!
