Every staff person we met was gracious and helpful, from the front desk to the room service to the housekeeping and concierge and doormen staff. Also the maintenance man who had to replace the remote for the bathroom TV (behind the mirror) after I accidentally got it wet so that just changing the battery couldn’t fix the problem of not being able to turn the TV off. Location, spacious room and spacious bathroo, plus wonderful staff made for a wonderful anniversary trip for my husband and me.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was excellent (especially Sean). They are very helpful and make sure your every need is met. I LOVE this place. This was my first visit to NYC and I was so impressed. Whenever I am in the city again I will most definitely stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely great experience. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond all expectations. Claudia at the front desk and all of her co workers were super friendly and seemed genuinely happy we were staying there. Carson was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and luxurious. The staff made our 25th anniversary very special for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely a great place to stay

Pros: Google search, Travelocity
All staff was extremely friendly and nice. We were given an upgrade to a larger room on the 6th floor. Thanks again for helping create a trip to remember. We will be back.
