Horrible…! Outdated, no water at all one of the nights, some toiletries (but no soap), temperature you control by opening or closing the window (and when you open the window noise and the strong smell from the street creeps into your room), some of the lights did not work (were not even connected to an outlet). The area is very noisy. There’s always an army of fake monks and “pushy people” just outside the lobby trying to force you to buy into one of their tours. If I could, I would have given them 0.0 STARS. The only good thing is the staff. Nothing else. Avoid at all cost. Would rather sleep in the subway station.

The room A.C was terrible. The carpets and the paint in the hallways were brutally Bad!!

We got there and apparently they didn’t let us know we had to pay in full. They took the money each day then try to lock us out. The parking was expensive and no discount. However the other hotel own by the same people do give a discount. The room wasn’t clean had blood on a pillow and bathroom.

Heater was broken and engineering staff was bothered to help. The guy would open the heater and start the blower himself cause it was broken. I ended up opening it and starting the blower myself cause it was so cold. Front desk wouldn’t change our room and even engineering said it might be the same in another room. Engineering guy told me to come back in 2 years when the remodeling of the property would be done. This is my third time staying here and never had problems like this time. Never again. Stay away from this property until the finish the remodel.

Everyone checking in seemed to have an issue. Refused to accept had booked twin room even when showed this on confirmation. Initially said had to ask Expedia to call reception, then said I was lucky they had a room. Rude throughout. Hotel was average but good location.

BEWARE : SCAM Worst service in 19 years of full time travelling. Was supposed to check in Monday and called to make sure everything was good. Was greated rudly over the phone and told my reservation was cancelled out of no where. Had to book a completely different hotel only to realize the same night, my card had been charged 1.2k and my reservation was magically “never cancelled”. After busting my budget for my short trip by overcharging my card, I was unable to reach the front office for a week straight when wanting to connect with one of the agents for an explanation. It has been over a week and after being redirected all over the place through family and friends calling them, I still have no news from their accounting team for a refund. Worst hotel service of all time, do not recommend to anyone who values their time and patience.
