Pros: Friendly staff, great location, nice towels. Cons: Terrible room design. Toilet seats that are blocked by the bathroom counter from staying up. Bad lighting that surges with the rattly air-conditioning. Poorly installed rain shower head that is more like having a bucket of water repeatedly dumped on your head. Uncomfortable linens and the worst pillows of any hotel I have been to. Only worth it in a pinch.

The room was on the small side, but well appointed. Really clean and quiet. The Maritime seems to be an old property and certain areas show signs of decay. Complimentary breakfast, while limited, is a plus. I had a good experience in general and would go back.
