Room was a tad dated, bathroom vanity definitely needs to be replaced, carpet and sofa were both tattered. But ultimately the space provided what we needed, it was clean and spacious for our visit. Staff was courteous and gracious.

Did not try breakfast. Room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the heating units of the hotel. It was not a pleasant view. Room included the bare minimum, it was clean enough to stay. For the price we paid, I would not stay there again. Helpfulness of front office depended on the person on duty. Some were helpful others were not.

We had the most exceptional time in NYC for Christmas. The hotel is perfectly located, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff insured we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Location was much more convenient than I originally realized Staff was very helpful. However, their elevator system takes quite some time. If you’re not carrying a heavy suitcase, you can get some exercise on the stairs. I would definitely stay here. The price point is terrific in New York.
