Water station was too slow and only located in the lobby. Some restaurant and check-in staff were not the most polite. Cafe/market closes too early. Weird to have one vending machine for headphones/tech and another vending machine for jewelry but NO snack/drink vending machines. TV did not have any signal. Cleaning service did great. Appreciated the breakfast voucher, but the food was mediocre. Needs more amenities for the price.

When we arrived at The Westin we were able to get our room a lot earlier than expected which was fantastic. Our room was spotless and had all the facilities of a 4 star hotel. The hotel reimbursed us for a resort fee of 35 dollars per person by giving us complementary breakfast also another great touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is a full hot or continental breakfast. All done to a good standard. We had to wait in line but they cleared this very quickly and efficiently. The room was cleaned and remade perfectly every day from a lovely friendly lady. Big thanks to her. On checking out the conscierge is efficient and we were able to leave our bags safely whilst we did our last few hours of shopping. My wife and myself were delighted to stay at The Westin. It is i believe by far in the best location in Manhattan. Great value for money. Cant wait to return and stay here again. Top marks thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
