It’s perfect for someone just needing a place to sleep. We intended to spend all day and evening exploring NY and coming back just to sleep. It’s clean and we had quiet neighbors but I can see how having one loud neighbor could be horrible because the walls are thin. But 10/10 we plan to stay again!

The room was great, some of the staff was great. I did run into one rude person at the front desk. Not having an elevator was rough but I managed. My biggest complaint is that the heat is on and you can’t changed the settings. It was very hot in my room, I had to buy a little fan from the store on the corner. Also the big shower head didn’t work, and the water was hard to control from going all over the bathroom and in the room because there is no base. Overall the experience was good for solo travelers and very close to everything. You get what you pay for.

It’s very chill, quiet and close to Times Square. It’s very cozy and has a lot of pleasant details like shoe cubbies, a coffee/ book/ tv area/ hot and cold water in the hall, mini refrigerator in the room and a fold down desk. The only critiques I’d make would be for there to be a lamp and maybe some guards so that the remote control doesn’t fall behind the bed (again).

Location is outstanding for Broadway and Times Square. Room is tiny and the bunk beds aren’t all that comfortable and easy to get into. It was clean and felt very safe

For the price I paid for 12/31-01/02, it was worth it! The location was perfect and away from the Times Square crowd. The hotel room was small but very clean. They had water available at most floors which was great because the tap water tasted horrible. The lounge was very cozy; great for reading and writing and snacking. They provided coffee. This hotel reminded me of a hostel in Europe; it had a student doem university feel. This is a simple and youthful hotel but very creative and artistic.

Room was clean, but very small. Bathroom the side of a closet, but it worked out for my night we stayed there. Can beat being in Time Square. 711 was right outside the hotel which was nice to have. They also have a break room for people arriving early before the rooms ready, which they hold luggage and have a bathroom with free coffee. Overall a great experience.
