Week in NYC

The Tribeca Hotel is in an amazing location. Walking distance to Boardway, Battery Park, 9/11 Memorial, etc. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The staff are friendly and customer focused. The room I had was large.

There was nothing to like. It is not welcoming in any way. At no time in our 24 hours did we speak with a person who could understand simple English.We had holes in one towel & the other one was ratty. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. There was long black hair on the shower tiles. We would not have stayed there if we had an option. We requested a refund but that was not understood. We asked for a cab to be booked and that was not understood. We ended up going to the Marriott Hotel next door for them to get us a car and they were efgicien

Stood here for one night, my room had no hot water in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t even flush. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in and extremely overpriced.

Great place to stay and So Convenient.

We had a fantastic time in NYC. The hotel was in the financial district and right off the 1 line (metro). It was very convenient for travelling all across the city. Tribeca Hotel FiDi was also close to everything, from great places to eat, shop and so close to the Oculus and World Trade Center. The accommodations were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Horrible Hotel

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was so bad. I had to warn people. The pillows had hair on them. When I arrived, Clearly not cleaned. The toilet had dry pee on the seat, which was disgusting. There wasn’t even a faucet on the main kitchen sink, so it was completely useless. on top of that. The walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about their cleanliness or maintenance. I would not stay again.

Room smelt so much like bleach the first night it was a bit nauseating. Sheets not cleaned properly, towels disintegrate on you. Door to room was not sealed at the top so you can hear people walking/carrying luggage all night. At least, staff was nice and quick to meet any requests.

Great location but lacking otherwise

The staff was very efficient and professional at check-in and check-out and whenever I needed assistance from the front desk. However, then did not clean the room and only replaced the towels after the first night. Additionally, eye irritation indicated that there was a mold problem in the room particularly the bathroom. I started leaving the vent fan running 24/7 to mitigate the mold in the bathroom. The room had a refrigerator, sink, and microwave but no dishes nor silverware. The location was great, located feet away from the Rector MTA station and a short walk to Battery Park.
