Requested an early check in days before but did not get into the room until 4PM. It was a bit frustrating because check in stated at least 3PM. Not really worth it for the price although the view was beautiful. No trash bags in trash cans, no fresh towels 2/4 nights. Just not the best experience overall.

Location of this hotel is great, with walking distance to most. BUT it is NOT a 5 star hotel (far from it), at absolute best is it a 4 star hotel, there is nothing luxurious about it and in our room the toilet seat was loss and the showers was leaking. The room was super small, but we are in Manhattan so it is kind of expected but again not in a 5 star hotel. In general we like Virgin Hotels but this one wasn’t good.
