We really enjoyed our stay at Virgin Hotels New York! The rooms were really well situated with amazing views of mid town. The staff were really helpful and friendly and room service was on point every day. We highly recommend this hotel for short stays in New York!

Like all nyc rooms it was small but bath area had a great layout. My issue was that there was no hotel lobby to hang and have a drink. There was a restaurant but that was sit down service. Room 1506 had a dramatic and awesome view of empire state bldg and chrysler tower

Room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in they explained how to use the elevator and everything was smooth afterwards. Views from the room were magnificent. We can’t wait to stay here again next year.
