The pull out sofa was covered in white animal hair which was very hard to see until you were right up on it (my guess is cat hair from the black and white cat that was roaming the hallway and stairway and it has food stuck in the futon part of it. We checked in later in the evening so I didn’t find any of this until I was getting everything ready for bed. My husband also waited 25 minutes for someone to wait on him to get him sheet for the sofa bed. The staff was nice and we didn’t mind the wait but the animal hair an dried looking blood on the curtains make staying again a hard no! "
