Bed bugs, Roaches, Filthy, Unclean, Waste of money

After checking in is where the horrible experience began. You can spell the stench of cigarettes and filth when you enter the room. It did not smell clean or pleasant at all. There wasn’t enough towels or wash cloths in the room. And they had stains and spots like they weren’t even cleaned well. My family got bit up by bed bugs in the first room. I have a video and pictures for proof. And when we told the staff, it was as if they already knew about it. And they did!! I also had to ask for another room and a discount. They did not offer it. And I’m still waiting for contact for my refund. Upon entering the second room. You can smell that it was a little cleaner but not by much. There was hair and mold in the bathroom. I don’t think anyone cleans these rooms. There were blood stains and black spots on the sheets. Oh don’t let me forget. Roaches everywhere!!! They said light breakfast. And indeed it was light. Coffee and a small pound cake. Lol. It’s really not funny. I felt like I paid to sleep in a shelter. I wanted a nice get away and instead it was stressful and uncomfortable. I wish I read the reviews before booking. Everyone said the same thing about this hotel. They should differently be shut down. I don’t know why hotels.com or any other app recommendations this hotel. It is unsafe to stay in. And I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

We regret that your experience was not to your liking. The rooms you have mentioned where inspected and there wasn't anything found and our ORKIN team is very good at what they do. It is a complimentary breakfast mainly grabs and go for more we offer discounts with our local partners. after 3 days I am sure we did all, we could to accommodate you.

On the second night there I seen a roach crawling across the nightstand I thought wow how dirty but I can deal with it then later on that night I felt something crawling on my arm to look down and see a bed bug making his way towards the edge of the mattress where I killed it on top of that the room had a Cheesy smell there were ashes in the tub hair on the sink the toilet paper was half used and not replaced the brown skin guy in the morning is a creep stalked my side chick coming in on the camera then came speed walking down the hallway to see what room she went in and leaving he actually went out to the parking lot and see what car she got in vending machines are broken had to get my room key reactivated three times in 2 days

We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused. I will share this review with my staff. We do remember the incident we have a problem with unwanted guest and inform all of our guest that they check-in at the front desk so perceived stalking does not happen in our efforts to keep our guest safe and at ease (hence the broken vending machine). I am sure you were informed about negative traffic at the desk as a policy, we will note the room with our ORKIN tech and put all bed bug rooms out of service to the public until the next monthly inspection check. We are a one of the longer established building which has it's wear and tear. But our housekeeping staff do work hard to insure that rooms are clean. as I am sure that the next 2 days you were offered service. we would also endeavor that our linen is given back unsoiled if allow us the courtesy of being able to repay the fee to replace them. Thank You again for your 4 day stay with us!!
