Cozy Coastal 3-Bedroom Home in North Shields - Pass the Keys

This charming house offers everything you need for a comfortable stay:

Three Bedrooms: All containing double beds, all with fresh linens, plush bedding, and plenty of storage.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a stove, oven, microwave, and everything you need to whip up a homemade meal.

Living Room: Cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Dining Area: A large table that seats six, ideal for meals or board games.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the backyard. Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway. Unfortunately the numbered parking bay out side of the property is no available for use.

Perfect for families, couples, or business travellers. Please note that our home is in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during night-time hours.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Morrisons Supermarket a few minutes walk away.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
