Excellent location, 5 minute walk to town centre. Apartment was lovely, better than expected. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone else visiting Newcastle. Yoko was very helpful when contacting her

Can't fault the Higham appartments. Excellent facilities and value for money. Clean, spacious and right in the heart of the city, but also in a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, a real home form home. Super comfy beds and clean linen. Limited parking outside, but there is a cheap multi storey car park less than a minute walk from the front door, so this is not an issue.

The check in procedure was not so great. We were dropped off outside the apartment by the taxi driver. Everything was locked up, no one there. Had all our luggage, didn’t know what to do. Went across to an art museum, connected to Wifi, received an email that was sent in the morning stating we needed to call a certain number to inform them 30 mins prior to our arrival. Great!! Already there. Went to front reception & they let us use the phone to call. We were informed it could be 30 mins to 1 hour before someone could get there to let us in. In their defense, the email did say check in started at 3 and we did arrive at 2, discovered email at 2:45. Yoko did arrive about 3:15 to let us in. Was very friendly and informative. Apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very comfortable. The facet in the kitchen needed repair but everything else was great. Thanks for sharing the apartment!
