Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
The house was disgustingly dirty, with cobwebs and dust in every corner in all rooms and chandeliers. The floors were filthy and sticky, the kitchen appliances were extremely dirty, and even the kitchen cabinet handles were covered in dirt and stains. The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell. The house clearly looked like it had not been properly cleaned for years, not just before our stay. Even the house information booklet in the kitchen was dirty, stained and sticky. Also we had to contact the property to assure power is switched on and we waited 30 minutes till got resolved even though we received in accurate instructions We reported all these issues, and action was below expectations
