Beautiful rustic house with beautiful patio and fireplace, located in the village of Nigüelas, in the Lecrin Valley, 20 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the beach and 60 minutes from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. The house has a living and dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, other with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom. On this floor there is another family bathroom.

From the first floor landing, the curtained doorway and steep stairs lead to the roof room - a sitting room/bedroom, with a sofa and a single bed.

The view from this top floor to the mountains is glorious. The large, wood beamed room, with high ceiling and big windows, is just waiting for you to chill out, do yoga or take a luxurious siesta on the comfy bed. The lucky fifth guest gets the roof room for their bedroom. And the small adjoining terrace is perfect for having a drink at sundown and enjoying the views both to the mountains, and across the village rooftops to the sweeping Lecrin Valley.

It has a beautiful Andalusian style patio full of flowers where you can enjoy your dinners looking at the stars and revelling in the silence.

It is a perfect choice for a charming and peaceful holiday in a privileged location.

Don't miss the opportunity to visit Granada, Lecrin Valley, Alpujarra and Costa Tropical.We receive guests until 22.00 in person and after that time you will have access to a key to a box with a code.
