We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Nokomis, Florida! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty of fun things to do nearby.The space itself was comfortable and well maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved spending time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome.Communication with the host was easy and quick, which made the whole experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Nokomis. Can’t wait to come back!

This property is amazing! At first we were surprised that such an upscale house was not in an upscale community (we were not familiar with Nokomis area). But don't let that fool you. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and very safe. The house is a true stunner, inside and out. The tastefully decorated new and modern house was equipped to the nines! We had everything we needed for an exceptional and restful time away. The backyard was secluded and gorgeous, with pristine gardens, lovely lighting, and a recreational area with lawn games. It was a short drive to beach and to a quaint downtown walkable area. Our host was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Some houses feel like you are renting someone's home. This felt like a dedicated and very clean rental space that ran more like a professional B&B. Don't miss out on this gem if you are headed to Nokomis!

Our host, Tomas, was great. He was always responsive, even pro-active in many cases. The property and house were way above our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better experience.
