Discover this 3-bedroom gem in Nokomis, Fl convenient to Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach and downtown Venice.. This wonderful home, with a pond view, features a covered Lanai and private pool, 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower and bathtub. Essential amenities like WiFi, heating and AC and laundry room with washer and dryer and starter toiletries are provided. Additional guests can sleep on a luxury air mattress, bringing total capacity to 8. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay complete with everything you need - less than a 10 minute drive to Nokomis Beach and picturesque downtown Venice. Our place is equipped for both medium and longterm stays. One month minimum stay required July - December. Three month mimimim required January - April.

Clean, beautiful, quiet, comfortable. This is the perfect home close to all the great things Nokomis, Venice and the surrounding area has to offer - or don't leave at all because vacation is right in the back yard. Host is a great communicator. Thank you for the memories.
