"The AC was very good. Staff tried their best. The condition of the property was disgusting. When we arrived, I couldn’t believe that I had booked this place. A gentleman came out as I crossed the street to ask if I was checking in. He went through a long list of “rules” for the property. The outside areas resembled a tip!…No bedside lamps, a long black hair on the pillow, 2 king single beds pushed together with Ill -fitting linen, filthy overhead fan, odd bits and pieces of furniture….I can’t believe at the cost we paid for the night….we had stayed at a lovely motel the previous night in Griffith for half the price. I’m appalled that this establishment which calls itself a “resort” is a partner of hotels.com…"
