Located just 1 mile from the fish pier and CBI, and 1.5 miles to downtown, we are close to all the best Chatham has to offer!

From the circular shell-covered driveway to the cedar shakes and starfish shutters, this home is full of "old cape cod" character, but with modern amenities. We love the generous living and outdoor spaces that allow us to comfortably entertain our family and friends — there is plenty of space to gather together or, when desired, sneak off to read a book in private.

The first floor features two comfortable living rooms, one with a flat screen television and an adjoining dining area that includes a 7-foot dining table — great for family dinners. Also on the first floor are a modern eat-in kitchen, a laundry area, a full bath, and two bedrooms. The first-floor master contains a pillow-top king bed and plasma television, while the second first-floor bedroom contains a pillow top queen bed.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and a Ÿ bath.

Great rental!

We loved our stay! The house is convenient to town and the Chatham baseball games. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen had all the items anyone would need. We enjoyed the backyard and the gas fire table. We played badminton in the yard as well. The host was very responsive to all questions. Would def stay again!!

Cape Cod getaway

Spent 2 weeks with family celebrating a destination wedding. Enjoyed the beach, whale watching, pirate museum, glass works, maritime museum, Atwood house and browsed the shops on Main Street in Chatham. Wonderful restaurants topped it off.

Ideal for a weekend getaway!

This home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Plenty of space and close to so many beaches and shops. The inside was charming, plenty of comfortable bedrooms, and the backyard was relaxing and quiet. Also appreciated that there was a coffeeshop right across the street. The house offered up so much space for our family of 8 and would have been super for more (we had 3 that could not make it). The backyard was perfect for family games and although on a main street was super quiet! It became our second home really quick! Location was perfect and so close to the biking trails. Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is great and all we could want for a Cape Cod house. 9 of of us were comfortable with plenty of space and enjoyed our time. The property is located perfectly. There is a beach within a 4 minute drive and a great coffee shop and raw bar across the street. This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The owners are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect location and home for our family! The kitchen was very well equipped making meal prep a breeze. The backyard was spacious and cozy, allowing the kids (and some of the adults) plenty of room to play some catch with the football, while the remainder of the family enjoyed the deck and watched. Comfortable updated house!

A lovely home and very well appointed. It was spacious for our family reunion and the kitchen was generously stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. It was a pleasure to work with the owners who were very accommodating. The only downside for us was it was not walking distance to beaches and there were no sidewalks for a stroll.

Family Wedding

The house was as advertised and convenient to all events associated with a wedding we attended. The home provided plenty of space for seven adults to relax, beds were comfortable & the home exudes Cape charm! Our hosts were easy to work with & there were no issues during our stay. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.
