We stopped for the night on our way to a family party in Utica- excellent price, clean, safe, friendly. Our only (very minor) issue was weak coffee, but the Dunkin 1.1 miles away handled that! Highly recommend this place!

Clean

The girl who checked me in was very nice. The room was clean & no signs of bedbugs. The room was freezing cold so i had to run the heat for awhile but it stabilized. Overall I think it's probably your best bet in Norwich.

The hotel workers are very nice, polite and helpful. But the rooms has to be better inspected before renting them out. The bed sheets are cleaned but the bed itself wasn't.
