The property was under construction. There was no breakfast (a few grab and go items). An old elevator and a pitch black stairwell were the only way to get to the upper floors, which doesn't seem safe. Back entrance was blocked off for construction, so only 1 way in and out of the property. Handful of local folks roaming around the property. It felt a bit sketchy, though the staff were very nice. Not to mention the rolling beds...new flooring is laminate but the bed frames are on wheels. We made the best of it.

Easy check in/out. Clean. Informative and helpful front desk👍👍 My only 2 criticisms would be that the bathroom sink water would not get hot and the shower water temps were great but water pressure was weak.

Check in was abysmal with having to wait for my room- wash cloths were not replaced in the room, no soap was in the bathroom, the kitchenette did not have basic necessary items (hot pads, measuring cup, pitcher,) only had one "pot" no skillets and one dish towel and only a small refrigerator and no dishwasher

Clean but malodorous

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The only issue was due to renovations they were doing. There was a noxious odor throughout the building. Once renovation is complete it will be a great place.

Lounge was closed and used as storage. Pool was empty. Lights out in the stairways and no fire alarms or smoke detectors. Shady people drinking in parking lot out of paper bags. Building needs work in general.

Nice place

Overall stay was very good! However, TV wasn’t working properly, picture was of POOR quality and wouldn’t shut off. Had to put credenza away.from the wall to unplug the tv so I could sleep. Might I suggest staff check televisions when turning over room for next guest?

The continental breakfast had granola bars and little else, no napkins, no plates, coffee watered-down. The room itself was fine. I would not recommend this place.

The proprty is dated but seems to have been under some renovation. The room was small but clean. There was continuous rain so the flooring felt damp. The shower had minimal water pressure. Breakfast was pre-packaged loaf slices, juice boxes and coffee requested through "slips". Skip the lemon and go for the pumokin loaf slice.

The hotel front desk lady was very smug and not welcoming. She made us feel like we needed to be thankful that she was letting us stay there. Upon walking into the hotel, I felt immediately judged and categorized. I'm not sure of the type of customers you get at this place but not everyone is the same. Also, I felt like the elevator was going to break down every time I used it, it is well worn and dated. They also had cameras in the elevator which made me feel like I was being watched or not trusted. They charged me a $100 deposit which took several days to get back. However, sins were posted all throughout the hotel with warnings of them taking the deposit or my credit card being charged. IDK maybe the hotel is coming on hard times or something the customers are the target to get the maximum from them. Just a thought
