The house is divided into four modern apartments, each with its own independent entrance. The property is located just a few steps away from the sandy San Lorenzo beach near Marzamemi town. Situated in an ideal spot for discovering Eastern Sicily and visit places such as Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Syracuse and many more.

The Acqua Alba option is for the two apartments together and individual apartments can be booked separately if needed.

Within walking distance you will be able to find the beach and a delicatessen shop with the nearest restaurants, shops and bank in Marzamemi at 3km away.

APARTMENT ACQUA

Apartment Acqua is located on the ground floor of the house. Inside, we find the living area with open plan kitchen and single sofa bed, with direct access to the outside terrace. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one other double bedroom and one separate bathroom with shower.

Apartment Alba is located on the first floor of the house. Inside, we find the living area with open plan kitchen and single sofa bed, with direct access to the outside balcony. Inside, we find the living area with open plan kitchen and single sofa bed, with direct access to the outside terrace. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. There is one separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, we have a large covered balcony furnished with outdoor seating and table with chairs for al fresco meals. There is a lovely and well cared for garden and a decked terrace with sun lounges, and a ground floor bathroom with shower access.
