Perfect for families or couples, this apartment is ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in the refined atmosphere of Noto, enjoying modern comforts and stylish details.
The Boutique Apartment Malvasia stands out for its Italian design furniture, with custom-designed elements, contemporary works of art and precious materials such as the marble of the kitchen table. The living area, large and bright, has a sofa bed, the American induction kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has a double bedroom and two bathrooms. Malvasia Boutique Apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heat pump heating, TV and washing machine.
Malvasia has a small terrace furnished with prickly pear plants, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Sicilian atmosphere. The cleaning fee includes initial and final cleaning and utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly bed linen and bathrooms. The rate does not include: Tourist tax (where applicable) Extra on request: Extra cleaning (EUR 12.00/h per person employed) extra linen (EUR 10.00/person).
