Nestled in the Sicilian countryside, Casa Tancredi is surrounded by a well-tended garden and large, equipped terraces, offering wonderful, panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and the sea. Recently renovated with great attention to details, the property consists of a main house and a detached annex. Its cosy, welcoming rooms include a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower in the main house, and a third bedroom with minibar and en-suite shower in the annex. Fully air-conditioned, the villa features Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, two fridges, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The villa is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the unspoiled Vendicari nature reserve and the picturesque seaside resorts of Portopalo di Capo Passero and Marzamemi.

Heerlijk huis! Fijn groot zwembad, hele fijne indeling met twee grote terrassen. Veel handdoeken en badlakens. Lekker flesje wijn, pasta en pastasaus als attentie bij aankomst. Minpunten: de keuken is klein, dus echt alleen een huis om buiten te leven (maar dat is bijna altijd het geval op Sicilie).Watertank raakt snel op, dus als je met 6 volwassenen bent op tijd aangeven wanneer hij bijgevuld moet worden.

Tolle Villa mit grossem Pool nahe Noto

Sehr empfehlenswerte Villa für einen Aufenthalt im Raum Noto. 2022 erstellt, 2023 erstmals vermietet. Entsprechend neuwertige Einrichtung und Umgebung, sehr gut unterhalten/gepflegt. Lage zwischen Noto und dem Meer, auf einem Hügel im "Nirgendwo", ruhig (ausser gelegentliches Hundegebell). Auto notwendig. Autobahn-Anschluss in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Haus gut ausgerüstet, mit Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Klima-Anlage in allen Räumen, gutes WLAN überall auf dem Grundstück. Aussen viele verschiedene Aufenthaltsplätze, sehr grosser Pool mit Aussendusche, kein natürlicher Schatten am Pool. Innen eher kleiner Hauptaufenthaltsraum mit gemeinsamem Wohnraum/Küche und Tisch für vier Personen. Zweites Gebäude ist ein vollwertiges Studio für zwei Personen. Sehr netter, aufmerksamer und hilfreicher Kontakt mit Giuseppe per WhatsApp. Viele gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt in der Gästemappe im Haus. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
