The House is situated in the Centre of Lido di Noto, in an ideal location, just minutes from shops and services, including a mini-market, bar, bathing establishments, pizzerias and a good restaurant.It has been recently renovated and decorated by the owners with style and great attention to detail, providing it with all the comforts to make guests like at home. There are two entrances, one on the promenade, and one on the opposite side, from small street near the sea, where there is a courtyard that serves as private parking for car. The house is located on the first floor has an area of 95 square meters and consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen, laundry, one bedroom double, one twin or double bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower. A panoramic terrace, accessible from the living room, offers a unique natural setting on the beautiful Bay of Noto, in front of which you can relax with a delicious dinner of Mediterranean dishes or enjoy a romantic sunset while sipping a fine wine of our land.
