Ground floor for max 5 beds consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 beds, living room with sofa, cooking area, bathroom, laundry room, covered veranda and large tavern equipped with barbecue, oven, table, chairs and outdoor shower. All rooms are equipped with double fixtures and mosquito nets. Large green area and parking inside the fully fenced property. Golden sand beach with crystal clear sea 350 meters away, accessible via a pedestrian lane with a road underpass.
