Oceanside
Posted Apr. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayWe love staying at these condos. This unit was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the layout. We were not prepared for the outside renovations that were going on for this unit. There was scaffolding up to replace exterior which obstructed the beautiful view and left the lanai wet and messy in the afternoon. We would go back but would have liked to know that this unit was being worked on.

Awesome Getaway
Posted Apr. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the property,but we were not told about the construction. The construction was a real bummer. We rented a unit that overlooked the ocean -- but the scaffolding was blocking our view. We were there on a Friday and the workers were busy working and constantly walking around the scaffolding. We had to be off the balcony for 4 hours on Friday as the paint dried.
That was the bummer part of our stay.
Everything else was as said. The managers quickly responded to our concerns and the property owner did their best to make it right in this situation.
We will be coming again (hopefully without construction)!

Wonderful Vacation

Beach time, yeah
Posted Sep. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayVery nice. Few times very spotty WiFi. Nothing to do with the individual unit, but the parking for a second vehicle is very confusing as is the finding each unit and garage. Perhaps a larger, clearer map😄

Good location and space but could use some improvements
Posted Aug. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayThis unit had plenty of space and was in a very good location and was clean but I do feel like it could use some improvements.
Upon arrival the unit was musty smelling, I'm sure the it was due to lack of air circulation so it would be nice if they could have left a fan on after cleaning or provided some kind of air freshener. We did open all windows and ran the fans and it was much better a few hours later.
The view was nice but do be aware it is blocked by the building directly in front of you a bit. I think the side view from the 2nd bedroom was best.
For a 2 bedroom unit there could have been more towels provided considering the washers and dryers are not in the unit but in a shared laundry room and are not free so it was not convenient to re-wash the towels after use. For the cost of rental I think more towels should be included. There was also no kleenex which was a bit odd for a "fully stocked" unit.
We did have an issue when we first arrived as the CO2 unit was beeping and when I called the assistance # they said they couldn't come out until the next day and I had to climb onto a chair to remove it and throw it away (there was no way to access a battery or to turn it off) to keep it from beeping all day. They never did come out to replace it while we were there either.
Overall it was a nice stay and I am not fully against this unit but I would look at other options before choosing to stay in this unit again.

Very Smooth Experience

Cold
