Cozy apartment with terrace and ì shared pool in the village of Cugnana Verde, a few minutes drive from Porto Rotondo and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.



The apartment, surrounded by nature, is located on the first floor of a building in a village with a swimming pool, and opens onto the beautiful covered and furnished terrace with a dining area. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with sofa, table, chairs and kitchenette complete with fridge and cooking utensils. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the terrace. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



The highlight of the house is the beautiful terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the view and the characteristic ceiling made of wooden beams.



*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of July to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required..

The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.

Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is a 20-minute drive from the accommodation, while for those arriving by boat to the island, the nearest ports are Golfo Aranci (19 minutes by car) and Olbia (17 minutes).
