Renovated one-bedroom suite in the historic centre of Olbia, a short walk from Corso Umberto and its restaurants, wine bars and boutiques. Sleeps up to 4 guests: a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area.

The suite
Fully renovated in 2024 and larger than it looks from the door, with a generous walk-through closet. The bedroom has a king-size bed and premium linens. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bidet.

Kitchen and living
The custom CREO kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster, so longer stays work well. The living area has a smart TV, the sofa bed and fast Wi-Fi for remote work.

Comfort all year
Air conditioning in summer and floor heating in winter, which makes the suite a good base for monthly stays from November to April. Washing machine and dryer, iron and board, hair dryer and a safe.

Arrival
24/7 digital self check-in with a personal code, no keys and no waiting. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.

Location and parking
The suite is inside Olbia's limited traffic zone (ZTL). The zone is camera-controlled and there are no permits for visitors, so the car stays outside. Optional gated parking is available just outside the ZTL, 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Beaches such as Pittulongu, Bados and Porto Istana are a short drive away.

Beach ready
