INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Domus Tilibbas is laid out on one level with a garden view and an internal courtyard. The entrance opens onto an elegant, spacious, and bright living room and kitchen equipped with a dining table, a cooking corner with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and oven. The covered, furnished veranda is ideal for spending evenings with a glass of good wine. The sleeping area has 3 en-suite bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with wardrobes. The fenced garden, with an electric gate, can accommodate two parked cars and features a built-in barbecue . Each room is tastefully furnished and well-finished. DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES The nearest bus stop is about 200 meters away. The Tilibbas neighborhood, near the historic center, hosts several local trattorias such as Trattoria da Sara (Compai Giuanni) at 220 meters and Gil's Quick at 700 meters. On Viale Aldo Moro, you will find all the main services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and laundry services. Every Saturday morning, the local market attracts tourists with its local specialties and typical products. The area also features the city's largest public green park, with water features, green lawns, a running track, and a cycle path, tennis courts, and a children's playground. The cost of these services is covered by the guest.If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival.Arrival DetailsAfter booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival.Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
