This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It is only a 5-minute walk from Ira Beach and is an ideal base for friends or families looking for a relaxing holiday.
Carefully designed for outdoor living, the villa has large, shaded terraces with comfortable seating and dining areas. There are also two open terraces with sun loungers where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Inside, the living area has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. Double doors open onto the private terrace. The separate kitchen is well equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The beautiful master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Another lovely bedroom, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom.

It is a popular village, known for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are wide and well-equipped, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and taking long walks along the coast. The sea is suitable for families and activities such as snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Algae Beach, Sassi Beach (7-minute drive) and the Gulf of Marinella are considered among the most beautiful beaches in the area.
Porto Rotondo is home to many excellent restaurants, exclusive boutiques and a lively nightlife. From June to August, the town hosts âPorto Rotondo in Fieraâ, a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning. A 5-minute drive away you can find the village of Golfo Aranci, very picturesque.
Olbia airport is about 25 minutes away.
