Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement, exactitude de l’annonce
I will start with the good points.1. Property was clean and as advertised. It had AC in both bedrooms and Living Room.2. It has parking space on the street in face of the flat.3. Supermarket just across the street.4. I would say it is not too bad positioned if you are looking to get to the Cost Smeralda. In 10 min you are out of the town.5. The flat in general was cosy and we enjoyed our stay. A few points can be improved.Negatives:1. Managing rubbish. The host expects you to leave zero rubbish in the flat when you leave the flat. It might not sound too bad, but it actually is, as they don’t have big enough bins provided by the council and the rubbish is not taken often enough. If you stay 7 days for instance, there is no way to leave zero rubbish unless you take a drive to the tip before you go to the airport. You heard it right, in holiday they expect you to go to the tip or you will be charged an extra 30Euro. I am sure they could handle this better but they are not interested.2. The flat has no detergent to use the washing machine. You will have to buy it and dump it there or you don’t use the washing machine. Same for soap. You get just a tiny amount to use for the arrival day. Same for kitchen. No dish washing soap, you need to buy it. 3. You can’t open the window in the bathroom. I think it should be possible but the host haven’t left the needed device to open it as it is in the kitchen. Tried to find out but the host didn’t have a clue what I was on about.
