We had a great stay in room 19 in one of the ocean front kitchenette apartments. Great views, and everything we needed. Lisa the owner was super accomadating to my family and remembered me by name throughout my stay. Quick walk to pier but enough distance to keep it quiet both on the street and the beach. I will be back!

The property is cute, however the bathroom is so tiny. A toilet, a little sink, and a small shower. The door slides but there was no lock. For a last minute booking I wasn’t exactly complaining. However, my son attempted to swim in the pool, but he had an asthma attack. No fault of the property, but off to urgent care we went. We decided to rest and check out the next morning to return to NY. At first, the owner offered a small credit for a future stay. Then she decided she was going to refund me one full nights stay. She typed and realized I booked through Expedia and not direct so she stated there is nothing she can do. I felt that was so disheartening. She said they pay fees or whatever. I said could you possibly deduct the fee and perhaps just refund me something. She said no, sorry but call her next year and she what she can do. It left a terrible feeling with me. I left because my sons asthma was flared and obviously he wouldn’t be able to do much. The TV only has about 10 channels and none are kid friendly. I am nurse and single mom so I just feel that was so slightly rude and selfish behavior. Needless to say, I will not be returning there.

I am very sorry that you feel this way. As you know i was going to refund you the full amount. Expedia has a no cancellation policy. I also told you that if you came back, i would do something for you. I am also sorry about your TV, all it needed was to be reprogrammed, I do hope your son is feeling better and your next vacation is better for you as well. Thank you, Lisa.

This motel was extremely expensive so I expected a lot more. The room was quite small and was not particularly clean. The bed was just terrible, very soft, like it was very old. This is a very old place, or so it seemed. I could hear the plumbing - loudly - from the upstairs room. I do not recommend this place.

I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our mattresses are new this season, everyone has their own preference As far as to hearing the plumbing, when we purchased this motel, it was already built. I do not know which room you were in because you did this without your name. I hope the next place you stay with more suitable for you.

Everything was perfect, the room and the view was breath taking! The only bad…. Was the mega party all night that the other visitors did…. Very hard to sleep.
