Newly renovated condo in Old Orchard Beach!

Meticulously maintained 1 bedroom condo is just 135 steps to 7 miles of sandy beach.  Close enough to walk to Old Orchard pier and amuzements yet far enough away to offer a peaceful escape. Condo was completely renovated in 2022 with new kitchen, flooring, painiting, and furniture.  A new bathroom was installed in 2023.  There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch in the living room, and full bath with a tub-shower combo.  There is also an outside shower and parking for one vehicle.  Please note that condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator. 

No pets allowed per condo association rules.

Property was well maintained. Could have provided chairs just off back deck for just relaxing Coffee pot was not working properly. Sheets provided by laundry service were very stiff and uncomfortable Otherwise it was great

Good Time

Unit and complex were clean, well maintained and quiet. Easy to reach the beach, reasonable walk to downtown, good seafood restaurants. Enjoyed our time there.
