The room was clean and tiddy. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. We needed a sleep over for an early flight, will be staying here again.

Wrong room
Posted Jan. 7, 2024 on HotelsWe checked in, got to our room, we had booked a king and were put in a queen. I went back down to the desk and explained the situation. Clerk took my keys and gave me another set to another room. We move all our belongings to new room and it's a queen as well. By now in drustrated, tored and just want to go to bed. We have always liked this hotel, this clerk needs retrained
