It was a good, basic stay. Nothing special but met our needs. No complaints except no elevator (though not a big deal for us this trip).

The hotel has a lot of untapped potential thanks to its location but unfortunately, it is let down by poor management. The building is old everything needs updating. Cleanliness is lacking, with common areas and rooms in need of a thorough refresh. With proper upkeep, better cleaning standards, and more attentive management, this place could be a true gem.

Our room was nice and clean! The bed was kind of average. It wasn’t as comfortable as it looked. Pillows honestly sucked. Breakfast was average. The spacing in our room was very weird. The sink was in a tight spot. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a night.

The dining area was only permitted to eat the food inside of the dining room. But my children are disabled and they do not eat in public. So I had a very hard time getting my children's paid for breakfast into the bedroom. I had to ask a manager if I can take one toasted. Bagel per child to the hotel room. The hotel was so dirty, so torn up. I was extremely disappointed. The fact I paid almost $300 for a room that had 2 giant tears in the carpet and a giant hole in the ceiling from water. Damage, the hotel staff was not very friendly. And it smelled like my great-grandmother's closet.I will not be going to this hotel ever again.And I do not recommend it to other people.It deeply needs to be renovated.It looks like time for got it in the seventies
