This was our 2nd stay at this property and just love it. It is fully stocked, quiet, VERY spacious, and as cozy as can be. Be aware that there are dogs on the adjacent property that bark quite a bit through the fencing. Ours thank goodness don't bark back but I could see it being a bit of an issue if you have reactive dogs.
Everything about this place is great⊠The location, the quiet neighborhood, the spacious, stylish and wonderfully clean home and the hospitality of the host. We were visiting with our two large pups and, while the backyard is not enclosed, it is plenty of room for well-behaved dogs. There are also two parks within walking distance for bigger leg stretches and some playtime. The house also came equipped with all of the cooking / kitchen essentials. Just an all around great experience... We'll be back!
My daughter didn't get into housing when she attended track and field camp at BYU, so we needed a close place to stay to get her back and forth each day. Overall this was a nice place.Pros:The inside space was large and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. My girls loved the play kitchen! It was fun to have games provided in the home. For my family, with many young children that don't travel well, the bedroom set up with a king and bunk beds was perfect! We could all be on the same room which gave my kids a sense of security. I loved having a washer and dryer. The close proximity to BYU and many food options was exactly what we needed. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Cons:You cannot control the air, so for us it got pretty warm.We were never able to get the living room TV to work. You are in a basement unit. It was pretty quiet most of the time, but there were some noises in the middle of the night loud enough to wake up my kids. The outdoor space is VERY minimal. The landlord did send detailed instructions on getting into the home. However, when we arrived the signage in the yard was confusing. When I contacted the landlord for help, she was frustrated with me, and assumed that I had not read the instructions. I did, but after a very long day of travel with young children, I was frazzled and needed some help. I'm sure she was busy and it was inconvenient to help me, but our communications that first day soured the trip for me.
