Someone defacated in the stairway, staff pretty much laughed, blood on wall in bathroom, no wash clothes, stains on shower curtain and hair in bed

Utterly disgusting and unlivable

The experience was horrible. We didn’t stay the night. I called them to see if I can do an early check in by 30 minutes. The woman named Monica told me yes go ahead and come when I get there they tell me their systems are down I had to wait over an hour. Finally, when I get to check in, I drop off my luggage real quick into the room because we had a friend in the hospital didn’t even get to check how the room was left went to the hospital came back hours later to find that the room had a bad smell in it, the air condition wasn’t working it was letting out a moldy smell. There was mold in the room. The TV was not working in any of the rooms and There was no phone. It was unsanitary. The bathtub was disgusting and dirty the front desk did nothing to rectify the situation. They still owe me a refund for the first night Hotels.com is supposed to be working on that. can you please expedite that and give me my refund for the first night Hotels.com already did the refund for the second and third night however, the first night they are still working on because the hotel wanted to charge me one night that we didn’t even stay there we left. Also, Monica and the manager that were on duty that day we’re talking behind our backs as we went to the restroom. They didn’t know that we heard them talking down about us because I asked, how long was the systems going to be down
