The unit I stayed in was ok little run down couch cushion ripped stains all over the rugs but definitely spacious otherwise clean facility

There were a few flaws. The place was overall nine out of 10. It needs a little maintenance. One of the best properties we stayed at in Florida.

Very nice place. Clean, quiet, relaxing, like home... Everything we needed . Bed was comfortable, showers hot, all appliances in working order

This property was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Check in and out was very smooth. Accomodations were fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip. We will definitely book here again on our next Florida trip. Very well done!

Was switched to a different property without any notice or input. Although they claimed it was an upgrade, I chose the original place based on provided amenities, those amenities were not available at the new location. This pretty much ruined our night routine of gathering in a hot tub and relaxing after a busy day. Management couldn't grasp the concept that having a functional hot tub was important to us, which is why I booked a place that had that (which of course cost more then other options). Place that we were moved to was dirty, non fictional HOT tub, broken dryer, dirty pool, beat up and old kitchen essentials, I used roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 tiny paper towel roll, no dish soap or laundry detergent. It was obvious that pots and pans were not clean. It's customary to have atleast a few extra rolls of TP and a few loads worth of laundry soap and dish soap (you want to encourage people to clean kitchen items). Didn't like the toe nails in the bathtub nor the sticky kitchen table or the exposed carpet tack board on the edges that people kept stepping on. Outside garbage can had easily 2 weeks worth of rotted trash in it which barely gave us enough room to place one bag of our own trash in it. The place had potential, but maintaining things on the cheap side is very obvious. Switching locations and amenities on clients without contacting them is highly unprofessional.

At the last minute we did have an AC issue with the rental you were to go to. So for that we did upgrade you to a private pool home which had its own game room/pool and spa. When you contacted me regarding the spa not working, I went by and it was working. You had to turn both knobs for the spa. One is for heat and the other is for the bubbles. Both worked when I went by. The pool was not dirty when I went by and is professionally cleaned weekly. I do have time stamped photos of when the pool was serviced during your stay. The dryer you reported as not drying properly. We did since have it serviced as is working fine now. With vacation rentals its customary to get a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs, trash bags and bar soap. However once you go through that you do have to supply your own. Trash is only picked up once per week by the county. I myself took out the trash before you arrived and actually while you were there put the recycle bin out on your behalf.

Worst experience ever

I got to mu condo to check in and they would not let me check in they wanted more money i already gave hotels.com was different got where we were supposed to go the code didnt work, i looked back at my email and it told me a differnt room and code so i went back to the front desk they told me they could do anything that it was the property manager who i call three times before he answered and so my intire party of 7 was stuck waiting to hear back on what room and the code to get in. After like 15 mins he calls back and tells me the code of the we were im front of. Going inside it had no dvd players like what was promised when i called and asked about my rental particularly.one of the members of the party had to hook up the cable in the living room because when i called the property manager he had no idea how to fix it. One of the tvs the rooms wasnt hooked up at all and i was told when i asked that the owner upgraded and didnt do that room. The shower in the master bedroom upstairs was way too short which made it impossibly uncomfortable to shower. There was furniture fallling apart. I was spending my birthday at universal and i get a text asking me when i was checking out they tried to kick us out whem they made the mistake call the property manager he tolx me fixed it but when i returned after drinking and long fun day at the park i came back and was locked out and had to go to the front tp get another gate key.

Hello. We have reviewed this response and after speaking to you surprised you left this remark. To start the particular condo you booked did require a resort fee. You advised me that you were not aware of this. You admittedly arrived early and the check in time is not until 4pm. Even if it was a few minutes or an hour early they don't provide information until 4pm during this busy season as cleaners are desperately trying to get the rentals ready in a timely manner and don't always have a minute to update it that its clean. We did provide the correct check in details, however we understand there was a break down at the clubhouse and this may have delayed you just a few moments for getting into your rental initially. If there was do DVD player, I apologize. Unfortunately you did not mention this during your stay so we did not find out it was missing until after you departed from the rental. Had we have known I could have delivered one to you. The chair you show pictures of was covered with a proper chair cover. For some reason you had removed it. Otherwise the chair is in perfect working order. Sometimes the TVs go offline due to the wrong input being entered. Easy fix if you are in front of the TV but not as easy over the phone to explain. The text your received about checking out early until the "figured it out" lasted no more than 15 minutes. With all of this in mind....since you mentioned you were not aware of the resort fee and for the issues you mentioned above , we did compensate you very fairly.

Very spacious and clean. I thought we’d be in more of a resort with a gym, bar area and pool. If you’re looking for a private house this is the place! I left a pair of shoes...any way you could mail them back to me???
