Nice, clean, could use a restaurant, does have 24 hour shuttle to airport

James at the Front Desk when we checked in and answered all our questions that day was AMAZING! He is truly a wonderful employee and asset to that hotel. I own two retail shops and would love to have an employee like him.

Posted Jan. 30, 2024 on HotelsI found this hotel to be average and not great. I picked it based on location and the review rating was a 9. I would not consider it a 9. The room had a musty smell to it. You can tell the hotel is old but redone.

Impatient front desk staff
Posted Jan. 27, 2024 on HotelsFront desk staff was not very pleasant. Asking simple questions about our room seemed to be very frustrating to the front desk person.
The pool area is infested with bees. There must be a massive hive in the bushes by the pool. Swarms of bees covered all areas of the landscaping bushes.
The hotel was for the most part clean however in areas seems a bit neglected and run down. Only one of the elevators worked during our stay and the other one had a sign on it that it was out of order, however it still opened up when pushing the button to use the elevator.
Our room was nice and big, however had a very musty smelling odor. Beds were comfortable and there were no issues with our room other than the smell.
The airport shuttle was great and the driver was very friendly.

Nothing fancy probably wouldn't return
Posted Jan. 26, 2024 on HotelsThere's absolutely nothing that stands out about this hotel. The on the phone staff isn't very helpful. The staff walking around the hotel isn't very friendly. You walk into the building no one says hello. The beds are hard as rocks. The pillows are old the building is older, but you can tell the attempted to renovate.
