Lovely apartment near Theme Parks with pool Reviews

Checking in was a little odd, but the room was very nice and served its purpose. It is similar to a hotel setup, but our room was not owned by the hotel. However, when our key card stopped working, the owner told us to take it down to the front desk to fix. It worked out, but just thought it was a weird situation. It was a great location to be near the Orange County Convention Center. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Great place that was perfect for what I wanted and needed. Key card kept deactivating was the only issue…other than that I would highly recommend and stay again .

Beds were comfy. Place was clean. But property had that old smell which actually stuck to my jacket that I left outside of my luggage. Stairwell, where room key was kept, strongly smelled of cigarettes, which irritated my eyes, since I'm allergic, and had a trying time opening the lockbox to get the key, turned out I was at the wrong lockbox. Communication with host was easy. Also, first time that I stayed at an Vrbo type listing where checkout process, per the binder in the room, required that the guest wash the towels. Going to the laundromat on the 1 floor up meant I was spending at least 1.5 hours of my time not being on vacation. Positives: place was clean, location was convenient, and host was easy to reach, but old place smell, strong cigarette odors stairwell where key was kept, and doing laundry on what should have been a vacation, not my cup of tea.

The unit by itself is very clean. The entrance of the building looks dirty and smells weird. The A/C inside the unit has a sign that says to not put below 70 degrees, but even at 70 the temperature inside won’t go below 76, it was hard to sleep at night with the heat, we tried contacting the owner about the matter and she never replied.

Great area close to everything. Property owner was easy to deal with and instructions were easy to follow. Would stay here again.
