Our trip to magic kingdom as about 35 minutes. We had to first check in at the front desk which is across a 4 lane highway so you have to ask for the shuttle to get you but they make you go over there to print a bus voucher to Disney and hour prior . So you have to arrange the shuttle and bus in the right amount of time to make it to everything on time. The trip to Disney was made to be that it was much closer. You can’t really walk to the amenities because of the traffic so you have to rely on the shuttle. Also the Ubers and door dashers had lots of trouble getting in the front gate. No one likes to answer the call button when they push it, we ended up walking from the gate many times because of this issue. One of the days people came to clean the pool and put chemicals in and told us not to swim for two hours, but they did it at 1pm on a nice day. Would have been nice to arrange a day that people are gone or first thing in the morning or right before bed. I did like the alarm that goes off when you open the sliding door to the pools. It’s a nice feature if you have kids. There is no baby gate for stairs if you have little ones. They did have strollers and play pens which was nice.

The house was great and for 12 people very comfortably. About 1/2 hour u er to parks.

House was perfect! Served it’s purpose and functionality for our trip. Great place!

We stayed at this home in March 2023 for our Disney Vacatuon. Very close to all parks, furtherest park was about 20-25 mins away with traffic in the morning. Didn’t use any of the amenadies as we only went to Disney so I cannot comment on those but the house itself is just as pictured. They don’t have any celining fans but there are floor/portable fans on a few rooms! Overall great house, would stay again.

I had a small group of friends get together at this home and it was just as great as the listing showed. The house was clean and the amenities were just what we needed. The pool and spa were a great addition that allows us to enjoy the outdoor space. The location was great and the property management company was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had prior to and during our stay. I would recommend this property in the future.

Enjoyed the pool

We rented this house for a 1 week stay in Orlando with two days at Disney. I don’t feel like other reviews gave a lot of useful information about the details, so I’ll try my best. The house and pool are lovely and clean. We’ve stayed at several rentals in the past. This house was more like a hotel in the sense that everything was cleared out between renters. You’re not going to find left over olive oil or even salt and pepper, so be prepared for that. Also, the cleaning service is much like a hotel. You can call with problems (like housekeeping) or when you can’t find the extra pack n play and high chair that the renters forgot to put in the house for you. The actual renters of the property aren’t really around and they just defer questions to the facility. We paid to have the pool heated, which was definitely worth it. As far as the set up goes, there is one bedroom on the main floor and one full bath. All of the other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, so the person in the room on the main floor has to share their bathroom with everyone else. The location of this property was a little misleading. The entire resort is laid out on two sides of the road. The road that divides it is not wide, but very busy and you cannot walk across it without extreme danger. So while this house is a walkable distance from the waterpark, you have to drive because it’s on the other side of the road. There is, however, a playground within walking distance of the house and our boys loved that! We did go to the waterpark and it was awesome. For our days at Disney, we considered taking the shuttle that is advertised. However, we found out that it only runs at specific times (8:40, 11:10, and noon) and returns at 5:00, 9:30, and 10:45pm. Also, it drops off at the Ticket and Transportation Center and you still have to take the monorail to the parks. They also don’t allow strollers on the shuttle, although the front desk person said if there was room, they might let you, but don’t count on it. So overall, this house worked out great for us. We loved using the private pool/hot tub and all of our rooms were comfy. I just feel like the advertising for the different amenities needs a little clarification. If we had been a family banking on using the shuttle and going to the waterpark more than once, we probably would have been pretty disappointed.

Everything was perfect. Stunning property

I’ve stayed in many VRBO‘s and most of them look better in the pictures than they are in real life. Most have that rental abuse feel, however this one absolutely did not. It was actually nicer than the pictures, extremely clean, and extremely easy to access. Far exceeded our expectations.
