A spacious 5 bedroom home with private pool, hot tub and games room located in the premium gated community of Formosa Gardens. This home features a huge outdoor space to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
There is a comfortable living area for relaxing together after busy days exploring all the area has to offer. Sofas are being upated in June 2023. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a bright breakfast area or formal dining table and chairs to share a meal together.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, access to the pool deck, and large ensuite bathroom including double sinks plus separate shower and garden tub. There is an additional king bedroom, one queen bedroom, as well as two twin bedrooms the children will love.
There are hours of fun to be had in the games room featuring pool table and foosball.
Washer and dryer available for guest use. High speed internet included.
The expansive outdoor area includes a covered shady area for dining outdoors, plenty of loungers to relax by the pool, plus an extra paved area facing south to soak up the sun. The large pool is located within the screened enclosure together with a hot tub. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost.

Too little
What ever happened to the pool heat that cost extra, and the hot tub being empty before our last evening. Those issues were not resolved, and it was a disappointing way to end our vacation
