The room was renovated but there is a lack of detail. No printed channel guide. The front desk told me they don't know how to operator the remote either so just channel surf. Space under the door when shut. No soap in shower. Noise from guests late into the night until 2am. Terrible chemical smell in our room which may have been insecticide for pest control. Very dark in the parking lot. Friendly desk clerk at check in and check out.

Noisy, uncomfortable bed and smelly.

Room had updated vinyl floors which was nice. Used to be a smoking room and it smelled. Very noisy could hear anyone talking or walking. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Didn't try the shower. It was clean. Small room for the price, as well.

Breakfast had cereal and no milk no bread or rolls that’s it pet friendly for $35 each Morning desk help l Knew no English Walls very thin

Waste of money and time.

People at the front desk didn’t have my room ready and had to wait for them to check if the room was clean or not. Plus the room they advertised is way bigger than the little tiny room I got. I couldn’t even stay the whole night and left to find a bigger room.

Worker walked into the room without knocking by surprise. Body hair from previous stays in the shower. No hot water in the shower. Blankets had cigarette burns. At 8am there was no breakfast available when speaking to staff they said they had nothing more and ignored my family. Worst hotel stay ever.

Days inn turned into quality inn! Highly recommend

Wonderful stay, lady in the front with the heart glasses was sweet and perfect at her job. Definitely will be back again, and the management is top notch! Keep up the good work everyone!!

I am VERY POSITIVE that I booked a non-smoking room via Expedia. When I arrived, I was told that I booked a smoking room. However, there were three other guests there at the exact same time as me that had the same issue. I wondered if it were possible that ALL FOUR of us had made the same error via Expedia. The next morning when I went to check-out, I learned that it just so happened all of the non-smoking rooms had been booked and all they had were smoking rooms. To me, that feels a little coincidental. Also, was told by the night-time desk clerk that they would be able to hold my luggage for me after check-out in the morning so that I could do some shopping before returning to get my things and head to the airport. But in the morning, the daytime desk clerk told me they don't do that. The room and bathroom WERE indeed clean but the smell of smoke was quite overwhelming and despite doing what I could (spraying Febreeze on the curtains, bedding and around the air, my clothing still came away smelling like stale smoke the next morning. Also, you should know that even after booking at a good price via Expedia, the hotel itself charges a $50 deposit that is non-refundable if you check out after 11AM; thus requiring you to go to the front desk in person and officially check out by 11AM in order to receive your money back. I was able to do so, however, it is highly inconvenient and WAS a surprise to me. Thankfully, I had my debit card with me with plenty of funds available.
