The small community was a nice touch as well. Neighbors were friendly. It's conveniently located to Everything which we loved!

Posted May 8, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house was amazingly beautiful. Everything we could have asked for. The only issue was the pool went green and cloudy. We were not able to use it until the end of our stay. And it was just so beautiful!! Again, the house was immaculate. We loved it!!

Great House, Great location

Posted Mar. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayThis is a charming house, lots of room for everyone to have their space, and very convenient to the parks. Kitchen has everything you need, AC is cool and comfortable, and my kids love the video games and checkers in the garage rec room.

Great house for two families
Posted Mar. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house was just as described in the listing and very clean. We went to Universal Studios each day we were there and left the house at 7:30am. That time of day it took us about 45 minutes to reach the parks, but I imagine without traffic it would have been a 25 minute drive. The house is well furnished and was very comfortable for our 3 adults and 4 teenagers. We visited in mid-March and paid for the pool to be heated. The water never got warm enough for us to be able to use the pool or spa after coming home from a day at Universal so that was disappointing.

Sorry Stephanie about the pool never getting warm enough for you. Our heater runs daily but some winter weeks when it's super cold it will lose the heat overnight, then takes hours to warm back up. I believe the week you were there it dropped into the low 50's overnight and never went over mid 70s durning the day, so that's a challenge for everyone with pools in florida. I've experienced this myself when staying there in winter months but the spa has always warmed up. Since your stay I've changed the spa timer/valve per the recommendation of the pool company based on your feedback, they said this can help add more heat to the spa, since the one we had was 5 yrs old.
