Room was fine, but water was just warm. I told the staff while checking out, no apology acknowledged. No offering for any sort of concession for poor water pressure and just warm water in shower. Location works well because we needed something close to Disney Springs

The room was not in the best condition, as I've stayed here a lot in the last 20 years this room was needing some TLC. Mold on parts of room and just looked slightly run down

My complaint is the misleading sale of a room with a meal plan that wasn't a real meal or the buffet all the location communications spoke to ...it was a worthel piece of nothing ..even the person at the register that had to deal with the distribution of this said most people that had it were very unhappy and thought they had purchased the buffet

The Ac needs be cleaned on the inside mildew smell or mold was making our nose stuffy. Mildew/ mold in shower grout and shower curtain ripped. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Coffee and shampoo wasn’t replenished for a couple days but the trash was taken out and new towels.

Recommend bringing your own sheets, but towels and tub do pass a blacklight inspection as do the pillowcases. The room was dusted and fresh. The price is well worth a change of sheets though for a quick overnight stay like ours. They do charge for parking though $10 a night that was not included with our price. For a longer stay I would personally pick a different property
