To start off, the check in agent was dry and neither did she care about customer service… maybe having a bad day, she had glasses and long braids. Did not want to figure out my problem or even try so I got a manager and he did provide a little more help but I still had to resolve with the third party but when the third party called all of a sudden they found my reservation that was paid. Then the first night luckily we was out until 2 am at beach and went straight to sleep because our second night we turned all lights off to lag down and I got up to pee and as soon as I turned the light on I seen three roaches. I was and am so disappointed. I had my work equipment in room and one duffle bag luckily and I hope nothing got in any of my personal items. I have the videos I am disgusted and all I received was a sorry and a half refund. I am relocating to the area but an also here on business and with my family. how embarrassing. I would not recommend unless really needed and low on money. No hot tub either. Workers are rude and sarcastic. The cleaners hardly speak English and stare and look in your cars as you drive past and when they walk past as if they are going to break in or looking for stuff. So disappointed

Our staff is trained to inspect guest rooms thoroughly and to report their findings to our contracted pest control provider. These isolated incidents are addressed immediately. The room smell bad. The carpet was dirty. In the Expedia web page it said that the breakfast was included and in your hotel they said to us that it wasn’t included. It was the worst experience that we ever had

Hotel was fine for a quick stay. Location is perfect for Disney Springs and other parks. Not a fan of hotels with doors on the outside but areas were well lit and we felt safe.

Even though we didn’t use the shopping, there was a shop on premises. We also had our own transportation so we weren’t in need of that. It also had a nice size pool, and a small waterpark for children.

Free complimentary shuttle to Disney was appreciated as was the breakfast buffet (a great value!) The hotel itself is dated and seems like is being updated. A great value hotel, nothing fancy just needs some upgrades and attentiveness in pool area and its cleaning.
