Our monthly exterminator service aims to keep the house bug-free, though Florida's humidity poses a challenge. To help combat this, we kindly request guests to avoid leaving food or crumbs out. We clean and inspect the couch before/after each guest's stay. During Shakeva's visit, I was surprised to hear it was broken as I personally check it. Unfortunately, I noticed a bolt on the ground and place it to its place, returning the couch to its original condition. Shakeva rightly pointed out that our listing includes two separate beds. Unfortunately, on the morning of her arrival, a checkout mishap resulted in a broken bed. This caught us off guard, and we had to quickly replace it. I acknowledge the oversight in communication and will ensure better communication in such instances in the future. Regarding the kitchen, we stock utensils for a standard stay and intentionally provide for the maximum guest count. Typically, this is more than sufficient for up to five guests, unless the party exceeds our maximum guest count. We are addressing the issue with the floorboards and have plans for their replacement. Shakeva and her guests left the property in excellent condition. However, a minor concern arose when the cleaner arrived at 11:36 am to find the front door wide open with the AC set to 60 degrees and her party was long gone. While we encourage guests to treat our home as their own, we hope it wasn’t done intentionally, we understand oversights can happen. Fortunately, there was no harm done in our safe neighborhood, and we've enhanced our monthly extermination service to address potential pest concerns due to increased humidity that we found once we walk in. Our home is accurately represented in our pictures, and we strive to offer a family-friendly environment at a cost-efficient nightly rate, allowing everyone the opportunity to explore Orlando with their entire family under one roof.
