Well Hot Water must be a premium upgrade to this hotel. Front desk come up immediately and stated that there was air in the lines causing the issue (Oh okay). Water temp was lukewarm at best. Spoke to the manager the next day and she asked about the stay. We advised her of the issue and she seem concerned. Asked for our room number and simply walked away and spoke to other guest. I would never stay her again. Being a Hilton Honors member what a disappointment. Do better Hilton.

Great accommodations

Great clean hotel, good breakfast options, bar service was great as well. High recommend; staff was friendly and attentive. Only downside is the parking fee of $15 per day for unsecured parking.

Very disappointed

Mold on the shower and no hot water. Staff told us to park in the fire lane because there was no parking. We also were locked out of our room after a long cheer competition because the lock on our room wasn’t working. Chris was literally the only helpful person at this hotel.

2nd year staying here... Will be back next year... excellent property compared to others in the immediate area.

Good for a short trip

Loved the feel of the hotel, staff was amazing, area was close to many restaurants and attractions (not walking distance but within a 5 minute drive). The only complaints are that the water took quite awhile to get hot (learned after the first day to turn it on about 5 minutes before you get in the shower) and there’s not much storage space. This could be problematic for a longer stay. The mini snack store in the lobby was very convenient, pool area was nice, and breakfast was as you would expect from most hotels of this category.
