Beautiful clean house. Had everything that we needed. It was quiet, but a great location to get anywhere. Will definitely be back!

Needs improvement

Overall stay was fair, cleanliness was a plus. A couple of things that was concerning , contacting someone prior to stay was an inconvenience, I requested a crib for my grandson & it was not in the room. Instructions to enter was easy & explanatory. When entering the room, only 1 key was given. My Son received a minor cut at the play area & main concern , there was no first aid kit at the customer service. My Son stated there should be pool toys. In my opinion, there should be more kitchen gadgets, like a can opener. There was No mop available, in case of any spills.

My experience wasn’t great. First of all it’s IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone at the “emergency” number they give you. On our first day there we called because the TV in the living room was not working. Finally got someone on the phone hit no one came to fix it. We asked for more towels and no one brought us any. No one provided me with check-out instructions so I just assumed I had to leave the house key in the lock box again which I did. Definitley not staying at this property again. Customer service is crap.

Let me start by the first night experience. We were not able to access the room due to the incorrect lock box code provided. We were stranded for almost three hours trying to get someone to open the door. Expedia could not even find us an alternate location within the area to accommodate our party. There was no one in the property to assist other than one of the neighbors and the security guard that even tried to help us enter the code. There is no contact person available; we sent an email to the resort email address and an urgent phone call was sent to the owner but we never heard anything until the next morning. Then Expedia gave us an address stating nwe were in the wrong property, however that location was still under construction. Someone dropped the ball and we paid the consequences. At this point I was requesting a full refund, but was asked by Expedia relocation department to try and wait until they speak to the property reps in the morning. We ended up reserving a Marriott for one night at 3AM. Once we arrived at the property next day; it was an awful experience. These a very nice and chic town homes, but this particular location needs some deep cleaning. Dirty Carpet (Master room and all upstairs). Was not vacuumed. Dryer was full of hair Bathroom curtain broken. Water gushed out when showering. Master room bed spread was all stained and dirty. The TV did not work (Dish Network error - signal loss) Bed bugs....YESSS it was gross.

We made reservations for Lucaya West, but we ended up at Lucaya in Kissimmee. The town homes were older and were not what was described on HOTELS.com online. The bed linens were not in best condition and the blankets in the closet were dirty. The hair dryers, in all 3 bathrooms, did not work. The carpets looked dirty. The beds were old and not comfortable. There wasn't enough toilet paper for the three nights and four days we were there. The price was very reasonable but the condition of the homes could be very much improved. We had easy check in, but you physically don't talk to anyone, did the check in via email. We received an email giving us the location address along with the gate code and lock box code for the town house. If you are looking to have a face to face or communicate directly this isn't what you are looking for. They never answered my phone call when I first called to get the information on checking in. Even HOTELS.com tried to call them, but no one answered. It was then that I sent an email and received an answer to my email within 15 minutes. There was a form to fill out on the counter of our town house that requested information regarding our stay that we filled out. The form said someone would stop by within 24 hours to pick up the form. The form was still sitting on the counter when we left. If we stayed again we would bring everything needed from our homes (toilet paper, bed linens and necessities).

The place was very clean and comfortable had everything we needed to be able to enjoy our stay was a little disappointed that the weather wasn't a little nicer to be able to enjoy the pool area but everything else was great location was close to everything you needed wether it be shopping or dinning would definitely recommend this place.

Nice place to stay.

Pros: The unit was large, it was clean.
Cons: TV reception needs to be better and pool needs to be heated all the time.
Location: Location was great for us as it was close enough to highway 492 and highway 4 but it was aclose enough to highway 27 that traffic was not really busy.
We stayed at 8994 Silver Place...unit itself was really nice. The TV was not great (it had Dish TV) as it cut in and out all the time. For my family it was not a big deal as we were not there to watch TV.. The only issue we had at all was the resort pools heater was not working so for 1st 5 days the pool was cold. If you have younger kids they did not seem to mind the cooler water but for all the adults we saw it was too cold to enjoy. The heater was fixed for last 3 days and it was great. If the pool had of been heated the whole trip my rating would be 5++ stars. Would go back again.
