I missed the “fine print” on the description of $24.73 per day resort fees so yeah that annoyed me. I had the two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. It was large and comfortable. The kitchen was a must since we don’t eat breakfast at a restaurant. There was a few things in the kitchen that bothered me. The dishwasher was terrible. The dishes barely fit because they were too tall. And it didn’t clean very well. There was no tea kettle so I had to use a pot to boil water. And there were no pot holders so if you used the oven, there was no way to get anything out. And I thought they should have provided salt and pepper. Everything else was fine. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were large. Everything was clean. And the hotel is extremely close to Universal which is where we were going so it was convenient. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Completely disappointed-never staying here again

Family of 5. We arrived, found out the “free shuttle to and from universal” only comes once in the morning and once in the evening. Universal was the reason for our stay so super disappointed. Then had to pay the $50 “resort fee” on top of what we already paid for the room. Got to the room and the keys wouldnt work. had to go back down and get new keys. Upon getting into room, room was hot. Air conditioner wasnt working, floor was dirty. They sent a repair man to fix the AC (he was really cool) however he couldnt fix the AC. Ordered room service, however, this is through a 3rd party apparently and because the food didnt come until after 9, we had to go downstairs to get our food. Which was not very good. $13 for the bacon cheese fries-see picture. They put us in a new room around 9:30, well after the two youngests bed time. Hot water in shower wasnt very hot. Will never stay here again, not worth the money at all.

The property itself was great. Very clean and nice but our air broke the first night they came to fix it and it took 2-3 hours for it to cool down which made us stay awake way longer than we wanted to. Broke again 24 hours later, they fixed it, broke again 3 hours later. They wouldn’t move us rooms until I was extremely rude. It was completely unacceptable and they never offered me a partial refund and didn’t want to move me rooms. I shouldn’t have had to deal with maintence in my room 3 times with entire wall panels ripped down or been that hot for almost 10 hours of my stay.
